Collecting system logs

System logs may help the Easy Anti-Cheat team with troubleshooting your issues. Please follow the following instructions to gather the relevant system logs.

Easy Anti-Cheat logs

Find the Easy Anti-Cheat log files for CardLife in the folder located at C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\EasyAntiCheat\250\

To send us various files for analysis, you can use any free file hosting service, i.e.: https://uploadfiles.io/

Process monitor logs

  1. Download the Process Monitor tool from Microsoft TechNet.

  2. Extract ProcMon.exe to any directory.

  3. Run ProcMon.exe.

  4. Process Monitor automatically begins logging when it starts. Stop the logging by clicking the "Capture" icon once.

  5. Clear any events that were recorded already by clicking the "Clear" icon.

  6. Just before launching the game, click the "Capture" icon again to begin logging.

  7. Once the game process has ended or an error dialog has appeared press the "Capture" icon to stop logging.

  8. Click on the "Save" icon and be sure to choose "All Events".

  9. Locate the file in Windows Explorer and zip it.

  10. Send the .zip file to Easy Anti-Cheat Support for further analysis.
